What are your operating hours?
Our gym is open Monday through Friday 7:00am-7:00pm, and on weekends from 8:30am-12:30pm.
What types of memberships do you offer?
We offer various membership options, including monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. Each plan provides access to all gym facilities and amenities. Our Standard and Premium Memberships provide access to our cardio classes.
Is there a sign-up fee?
No, we do not impose a sign-up fee for new members.
Can I try the gym before committing to a membership?
Absolutely! We offer a free one-day pass for prospective members to experience our facilities and classes.
Do you offer personal training services?
Yes, we have a certified personal trainer available for one-on-one sessions. Our trainer can create personalized workout plans tailored to your fitness goals.
Are group fitness classes included in my membership?
Yes, all group fitness classes are included in your membership at no additional cost.
What should I bring on my first visit?
Please bring a valid photo ID and water bottle. We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire and appropriate athletic indoor shoes.
Is there an age requirement to join the gym?
Members must at least be 18 years old.
Do you have locker rooms and showers?
No, we provide cubbies for your belongings and offer a shower in our restroom.
What is your cancellation policy?
Memberships can be canceled with a 30-day written notice. Please refer to your membership agreement for specific terms and conditions.
Do you offer family memberships?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for family members. Please contact Secor Strength for further questions.
Are there any additional fees for special classes or equipment usage?
Classes and equipment are included in your membership. However, specialty programs or workshops may have additional fees, which will be clearly communicated in advance.
How Do I book a class or personal training session?

What measures are in place for health and safety?
